Today's Note: 2 Dreams, 1 Message.

My alarm went off at 5am, and I woke up suddenly!!! I knew I was supposed to pray, but I played around praying and drifted back to sleep at 6am.

Beep, beep... I got an SMS on my phone, and I woke up again suddenly!! Time was 8:18, I just had 2 dreams....

One I remembered vividly, the 2nd dream I couldn't remember, but both messages were as clear as the day was bright.

Matt 9:37-38 talks about the world's harvest:
35Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them , because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

Where is your compassion...?
Are you seeing men like trees or as souls...?

I must confess it's been a couple of days of switching off my alarm at 5pm,...
... but not yesterday because I woke up suddenly with my assignment on my mind!

It's been a couple of days of living 'my life' one day at a time,...
... but not yesterday because I woke up with a fresh desire for souls!

I was feeling a bit un-charged and without any fervency,...
... but not yesterday because I woke up with 2 dreams!

I don't know you all, and I don't know what God has / hasn't told you,
... but 1 message I have to tell you; God Is Saying: GO AND BRING IN MY HARVEST.

You might say God hasn't called you to ministry, all you are is a good Christian,... I tell you, that's no excuse Sir! Your life is not about you, it's all about God, and not having an exact picture of who you are meant to be is no excuse Ma!

We are ALL Ministers of Reconciliation. 'We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us' 2 Corin 5:20(NIV).

The harvest is ripe, people are seeking God every second. The period of complacency is over, it's time to work for God. The days of sleeping and lazing have been exhausted, it's time to work for God. 'Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give' (Matt 10:8).

It doesn't have to be something formal and orchestrated. We don't have to wait for the Evangelism Team to organize something for the whole church. It shouldn't take us much to extend love, an advise, a second or 2, an arm of love to that fellow next door. 'For God so loved the world that He gave....', remember...

Give, You are God's Minister!

Love, Janmo!

Today's Note: Have You Faltered?

Max Lucado writes:

'This is Peter denying Jesus. His feet walked on water; his hands distributed the miracle food the the 5,000; his eyes saw Moses and Elijah standing next to Jesus on Transfiguration Hill, and his lips swore allegiance: "Not even if I have to die with You! I will not deny You"' (Matt 26:35 NLT).

And Peter wasn't the only one: "All the other disciples vowed the same" (see Matt 26: 33-35). But before the dark became dawn, "...all His disciples deserted Him and ran away" (Mark 14:50 NLT). John, Andrew James... men who are today "stained-glassed" in a thousand cathedrals spent the night...hiding. They abandoned Him and ran away....

But even more amazing is this - when Christ rose from the dead He never brought it up. Not even one "I told you so....". Entering the Upper Room He could have quoted their own words, reminding them of their betrayal, "Boy, Andrew, some friend you are. And, John, to think I was going to let you write one of the Gospels". He could have turned on His heel and walked out of the room, but He did not.

Listen: "That evening, on the first day of the week, the disciples were meeting behind locked doors because they were afraid of the Jewish Leaders. Suddenly, Jesus was standing there among them! '"Peace be with you," He said' (John 20:19 NLT). Yes, they outran the guards, but they could not outrun His Love. Neither Can You..!'
No matter how badly you have faltered, Jesus Loves You, Has Great Plans For Your Life, And If You Will Let Him, He Will Redeem You And Restore You.
